Subscription "next predicted date" sometimes shows a past date

Several of my subscriptions show a "next predicted date" that's already in the past. Predicted dates should always be in the future.

    Investigation reveals that this is bad data coming from Plaid that's tripping up our engine. We'll need to detect and then fix the data on our end. Scoping the issue.
