Plaid add-account flow gets stuck on a spinner after timeout

If the Plaid add-account flow times out, the UI shows a spinning icon where the "Plaid" label used to be and stays there indefinitely (waited ~10s, no recovery). Page refresh appears to be the only way out.

Expected: a timeout/error state with a clear retry path, instead of a stuck spinner.
