Parse transaction memos/comments for auto-categorization (DBS PayNow / Venmo-style)

Many transactions (e.g., DBS PayNow in Singapore for things like street food; similar pattern with Venmo) carry an optional free-text comment from the sender/receiver.

It would be great if those comments were parsed automatically for category signals so the transaction lands with the right category/tag without manual cleanup later.
