Multi-select with include/exclude on merchant filter (or a dedicated onboarding flow)

The broader use case for bulk edits right now is onboarding: as a new user, I want to categorize transactions from the past couple of years so I can get initial year-over-year trends. That's a lot of transactions to wade through.

One thing that would help: make the merchant filter a multi-select with include/exclude. As I bulk-edit a merchant, I can add it to the excludes list so further transactions from that merchant disappear from the queue.

Alternative: a more dedicated onboarding flow for this scenario.
