Currency selection on accounts during manual data import

There's no way to change the currency on a manually-created account during the data import flow. Without it, I have to do currency conversion offline before importing transactions, which adds manual work.

Use case: I'm based in Singapore — most of my manual imports will be in SGD. Native account-level currency support (so transactions are imported as-is) would be ideal.
