Bulk edit suggestion modal should show which transactions it suggests modifying

When editing the category of a single transaction, a modal pops up suggesting to apply the change to other matches. The modal is generally useful, but it's missing the most important thing: line items showing which transactions it's suggesting to modify.

    Fix shipped — the modal now shows the list of suggested transactions, and you can partial-select within it.
