"Add Bank Account" placement and naming

Two things on the "Add Bank Account" entry point:

1. It feels like it should live inside Connections, with appropriate guidance for new users so they can find it.
2. The label is "Add Bank Account" but it's used for more than just bank accounts — the name should reflect that.
